Kopenhagen Fur means heritage and quality. We are the world's leading fur auction house, and frontrunners in fur quality, design, and sustainability. To best support the fur trade, Kopenhagen Fur opened its design studio in Copenhagen, committed to further innovate fur techniques and design.
Based on research and creative technique development, Kopenhagen Fur consult and collaborate with manufacturers, fashion brands and designers to expand the use of fur in general.
Kopenhagen Fur Development is a selection of fur techniques created to inspire the fashion and fur industry. Development Vol. 1 derives from Scandinavian nature and Nordic tradition. Simplicity and the raw essence of fur as a beneficial material is key. The collection contains artisanal fur techniques together with selected contemporary silhouettes and design elements all able to be taken further and adapted into a collection.
